Yes — we accept damaged iPads including those with cracked screens, broken back, battery issues, or charging faults. Be sure to select the accurate condition when getting your quote.
No — accessories like chargers or boxes are optional. We only need the iPad itself. Including them might increase your offer slightly.
- Sign out of your Apple ID and iCloud
- Turn off Find My iPad
- Erase all data: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset
- Remove any SIM card (for cellular models)
