How to raise a complaint

You can raise a complaint by email, telephone or post using the contact details above. Once received, we will review your complaint and respond using the contact details provided with your order or enquiry.

What to include

To help us investigate your complaint quickly and accurately, please include the following details where possible:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your device model
  • Your tracking number, if available
  • A clear summary of the issue
  • Copies of any relevant emails, photographs or documents

What happens next

We will review your complaint carefully and keep you updated throughout the process.

Step 1 — Complaint acknowledged

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it.

Step 2 — Case reviewed

A senior member of our team will review your order details, device information and any supporting evidence provided.

Step 3 — Full response

We aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If we need more time, we will explain why and keep you updated.

Alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will explain our final position. We will also provide the name and website of an appropriate accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution provider and confirm whether Sell Techs agrees to use that ADR process.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled.
