How Does Sell Techs Work?

In a nutshell: Trade in your old tech and get cash for it. Yep, unlike other trade-in programs out there, with Sell Techs you get cold hard cash dropped straight into your bank account because, well, it's better than store credit (amiright?). It's easy, too. Go through the assessment, get a price offer instantly from us, and mail your device for free using our prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we'll check to see that it matches the assessment. If it's all good, we'll send payment same day. If things are a little off, all is not lost! We'lll send you a counteroffer. But the power is always yours: you're free to accept or reject any offers. You can sell smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, headphones, earphones, and speakers through BuyBack service. Even broken ones. There's a lot of trash out there, but when it comes to tech a lot of it isn't. We'll restore your old electronics to perfect working condition, so that any tech you sell can live their best renewed life. Why's that? Reusing, repairing, refurbishing our electronics is a simple way to reduce the environmental damage that comes from manufacturing brand new tech and lower the amount of toxic e-waste that ends up in our landfills. Guess this makes you a do-gooder. We're okay with it, if you are.

Do you want the accessories and box?

If you’re sending a phone or tablet you don’t need to send your charger, accessories or the original box, but please include them if you’d like us to recycle them.

What happens to the data stored on my old device?

Devices are automatically and completely wiped clean of all data as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. You don’t have to worry about your data falling into the wrong hands.

Can I send in a damaged / non-functioning device?

Yes, we don't just buy perfect working devices. We also accept broken or faulty devices too. So if you have an device that has a smashed screen or has heavy scratches or dents, we'll buy this for cash. We only ask that the device powers on and isn't bent or totally destroyed. See how much you could earn by selling a broken phone with us today. Just select 'Broken' for the condition when selling and we'll provide an up-front price.
